This is a very powerful question. Where is the joy?
Sometimes we feel the joy, like when listening to some uplifting music, or seeing a child play, or seeing a beautiful landscape.
Feelings have a pattern though, a key if you will, by which they can be recalled. When you remember something bad that happened to you, the bad feeling returns. When you contemplate something good, the good feeling returns.
